Responsibilities/Duties

· Selling hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, accessories, and other products primarily in our Outer Banks showroom, at customers’ homes, online, via phone, e-mail, text, and/or at off-site events.

· Maintaining and growing your relationships with our customer base to generate additional business and referrals.

· Taking advantage of every opportunity and tool available to you to achieve company sales and revenue goals as well as to improve your personal performance.

· Attend training provided in all major product categories and our selling process.

· Other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of successful sales experience selling large ticket items, preferably in a retail sales environment but will train the right candidate so we encourage anyone to apply!

· Ability to build rapport with anyone through your confident, friendly, and outgoing personality

· Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills

· Attention to detail

· Good at organizing your time and using a system to track, document, and follow through with items on your to-do list

· Self-starting, outcome focused and driven to succeed.

· Persistent

· Comfortable with technology

· Motivated by the opportunity to earn a high income and willing to work for it

· Can think creatively to find new ways to engage with customers and leads to communicate the benefits of our products.

· Flexible work schedule. 40-45 hours/week, no nights, willing to work weekends with time off during the week.

On target earnings of $90,000+ with commissions and bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
